Why Tall Bunny exists

The honest version of how Tall Bunny got here is short.

For most of my twenties I've been building products. Some for clients, most for myself. The ones for clients shipped on time and made other people money. The ones for me piled up on a hard drive, beautifully engineered and quietly invisible, because I never told anybody they existed.

Tall Bunny is the correction to that.

What we are

Tall Bunny is a small, senior, AI-native, full-service studio. We take an idea from a blank page to a launched, marketed, growing product. Strategy, brand, design, engineering, AI, and the marketing that actually gets it users, all under one roof.

That last part is the whole point. Most people building something have to hire a dev shop, a design agency, and a marketing agency, then spend all their time managing the gaps between them. We're all of it, one team.

The official line on what we do lives on the services page. This is the unofficial line, what shows up when you actually hire us:

• Every project gets a founder. Not as a face on a deck. As the person writing the commits.
• We don't sell hours. We sell shipped outcomes, on a fixed scope and a fixed price.
• We move at the speed of building, not the speed of agencies. Weekly demos, daily async, shared repos from day one.
• We ship our own products in the same week we ship yours. Every pattern we put in your codebase has been pressure-tested on something we own.

What we are not

We are not the cheapest. We are not a 50-person org chart that mostly sits idle. We're not going to spend the first month assigning you to a junior account manager who hands you off to a project manager who hands you off to a dev shop in another country.

If your brief is "build me Facebook but for X," you're looking for a different vendor. If your brief is "I have a sharp idea, I need someone to ship the first real version of it and then get it in front of people," that's the entire reason we're here.

Why full-service, why now

The interesting work of the next decade is AI-native product work, agents that take action, RAG that grounds real context, voice systems that handle real conversations. But shipping the product was never the hard part on its own. The hard part is shipping it and making it desirable and getting it users, without three vendors and a game of telephone in between.

So Tall Bunny is a studio and a marketing team fused into one. Discovery for the build already accounts for how it'll be marketed. The people running the growth already know the product, because they helped build it. That continuity is the product.

Tall Bunny exists because the studio I wanted to hire didn't exist. So we built it.
