Stop guessing which half of the marketing works.

Most teams spending on marketing cannot answer a simple question: which of this is producing customers. Not because the tools are missing, but because they were installed in a hurry, the events are inconsistent, attribution was never configured, and a third of the data is being dropped by ad blockers before it is ever counted.

We fix the measurement first, because everything after it is guesswork otherwise. Analytics set up properly, events that mean the same thing everywhere, attribution that survives a multi-touch journey, and dashboards that answer the questions you actually ask.

Then the experimentation: a funnel audit to find where people are leaving, a prioritised queue of things worth testing, and a cadence that reports the losses as well as the wins. A growth programme that only reports wins is not measuring anything.

What you get

Analytics setup (GA4, PostHog, attribution), funnel and conversion audit, experimentation program, dashboards, growth model, monthly insight.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Audit the measurement

What is currently tracked, what is broken, and what is being silently dropped. Usually more than expected, and it is the reason the existing numbers disagree with each other.

  2. 02

    Instrument

GA4, PostHog, a consistent event taxonomy, and attribution wired through. Reverse-proxied so ad blockers stop eating the data you are making decisions from.

  3. 03

    Find the leaks

Where people leave, at what step, and on what device. Quantitative from the funnel, qualitative from session review, and the gap between the two is usually where the answer is.

  4. 04

    Experiment

A prioritised queue, run properly: one change at a time, a stated hypothesis, and enough traffic to tell a result from noise. Where there is not enough traffic, we say so instead of running theatre.

  5. 05

    Report

Monthly, with the losses included, plus a growth model that says what has to be true for the next number to move.

This is for you if

  • You are spending on marketing and cannot say which part is working.
  • You have traffic and a conversion rate nobody has ever deliberately tried to move.
  • Your analytics were set up in an afternoon two years ago and nobody trusts them.

This is not for you if

  • There is not enough traffic yet for a test to mean anything. Fix acquisition first.
  • You want a report that confirms a decision already made.
  • Nobody is allowed to change the product or the funnel based on what is found.

Work that proves it

Questions

What is CRO?
Conversion rate optimisation: systematically improving how many of the people who already arrive do the thing you want. It is usually cheaper than buying more traffic, because you have already paid for the traffic you have.
How is growth and CRO priced?
Setup and the audit are a one-off. Experimentation is monthly, because a single test is not a programme. An embedded growth function is a retainer. Which of the three you need usually only becomes clear after the audit, so that is where we start.
What tools do you set up?
GA4 and PostHog, with attribution wired up so you can see which channel produced which outcome rather than which channel claimed it. Reverse-proxied where ad blockers would otherwise eat a third of your data, which is a build change and one more reason this sits next to the engineering.
How much traffic do we need before testing is worth it?
Enough traffic that a difference can be told from noise. Below that, testing is theatre, and we will say so and spend the budget on qualitative research and obvious fixes instead.
What do we get each month?
Every experiment, including the ones that lost, with what we expected and what actually happened. A programme that only reports wins is not measuring anything.
